We value all of our patients and strive to provide the best care. Please understand that when we schedule your appointment, we are reserving time for your pet’s needs. We understand that clients may sometime need to reschedule or cancel their appointment. We kindly ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel to give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved time to another pet who may need it.
When appointments are missed or not cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, they are marked as a “no show/late cancellation.” Clients that have two or more “no show/late cancellation” will be required to put a non-refundable exam deposit down to schedule an appointment. Deposits are applied to the invoice when appointments are kept. A no show exam fee will be charged if the appointment is not kept or rescheduled/canceled at least 24 hours before reserved time.
